A journey through the Roman remains preserved in this territory. Our route will touch the archaeological remains of the area, which tell the long history of the Via Flaminia Vetus: ancient pagus IANUS, the Roman materials used for the construction of the Abbey of San Felice, the Antiquarium of Montecchio, in which valuable findings from the Roman villa of Rufione, found between Montecchio and Bastardo, testify the importance of this artery to the presence of noble families and for agricultural development.
